For 30 minutes, move your best prospects away from the noise and crowds in the Exhibit Hall and into the Exhibitor Showcase area to demonstrate one of your company’s products and/or educate attendees on the benefits of your services.

In the rear of the Exhibit Hall with theater-style seating for up to 40 attendees, your use of the Exhibitor Showcase area includes electricity, LCD projector and screen.

All Exhibitor Showcases will be listed with the Show Hours & Events on www.FDRconference.org as well as on-site in the official Program Guide and with signage. Exhibitors are primarily responsible for marketing their showcase prior to the conference and on-site in the Exhibit Hall. A pre-conference mailing list will be made available around July 20 to exhibitor showcase vendors for one-time usage for a pre-conference mailing promoting the showcase.
